Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design, develop, test, and ship robust software applications, APIs, and workflows. • Participate in technical architecture design discussions and implementations. • Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team, attending regular scrum ceremonies. • Analyze and implement business requirements, ensuring thorough system documentation. • Drive improvements to codebase and architecture by introducing industry standards and best practices. • Contribute positively to the engineering culture through the adoption and feedback of organizational and industry standards. What You'll Need • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework. • Proven experience developing, shipping, and maintaining cloud-based applications. • Strong knowledge and experience with microservices and distributed architectures. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server). • Familiarity with cloud development (Azure experience is a plus) and containerization technologies like Docker. • Experience with messaging platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
