Business Analysts and Developer - Efront & MFTA/FA

About the Role We are looking for several experienced Business Analysts and Developer to join our consulting team and support high-impact transformation projects within the financial sector. - 3x Business Analyst – MFTA / FA — strong experience with Multifonds MFTA/FA - 2x Business Analyst – Efront — strong experience with eFront - 1x Business Analyst – Efront Tech — strong experience with eFront coding/development If you are passionate about delivering value, optimizing processes, and working in a dynamic, international environment, this opportunity is for you. Business Analyst – MFTA / FA / Efront Your Responsibilities Depending of the position:Provide functional expertise on TA and/or FA applications (Multifonds and its satellites)Configure and deploy eFront modules (FrontInvest, FrontGP, FrontPM, etc.)Analyze, understand, and formalize business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications (BRD)Test new functionalities and monitor changes, including associated reportingOrganize and maintain documentation for processes and evolutionsProduce user guides and contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge baseFacilitate workshops and act as a liaison between business teams, IT and other stakeholdersContribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with business needsPrepare, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases Developer – Efront Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize modules on the eFront platform to meet specific client requirementsEnsure integration of new modules into the existing eFront environmentWork closely with sales and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutionsCarry out unit tests and validation phases to ensure development qualityWrite technical documentation and manage version control of deployed solutionsMaintain and optimize existing modules to improve performance and securitySpecific requirements: Expertise in the eFront platform with solid experience in module development and customizationGeneral knowledge of full-stack developmentExperience integrating and managing complex projects Profile Depending of the positions:Business Analyst : Minimum of 5 years experiences and Strong knowledge of MFTA or MFFA or Efront is required Developer Efront : Minimum of 3 years experiences in the eFront platform with solid experience in module development and customisation, experience in .net development Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.Strong analytical mindset, client and solution oriented approach, team spiritExcellent writing and communication skillsComfortable working under pressure and in demanding environmentsMaster’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalentFluent in English and French
