Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in developing and configuring Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Salesforce certifications such as "Platform Developer I" and "Platform App Builder" are essential. You must have strong technical skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, Salesforce Flows, and data modeling. Experience with REST APIs, Git-based development workflows, Salesforce CLI, and basic Python knowledge is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a valid EU work permit, are required. A collaborative mindset, problem-solving ability, and a user-centric approach to system design are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Develop modern Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex controllers, and triggers based on user stories and business requirements.Transform manual processes into efficient digital workflows by implementing low-code automations using Salesforce Flows.Configure the Salesforce platform comprehensively, including data models, user interfaces, roles, and permissions to meet organizational needs.Create and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs, ensuring data consistency and process automation.Implement event-driven processes using Platform Events to facilitate real-time data exchange and system responsiveness.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, utilizing modern development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio Code.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions and workflows.
