Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Backend Developers located in Minh Khai, working on both new system development and existing platform optimization.
What you’ll do
Design & develop backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)Build scalable systems with microservices & distributed architectureWork on both new system development and existing platform optimizationTroubleshoot and improve system performanceProactively propose technical solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional & international teams
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in Java Backend DevelopmentStrong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIsHands-on experience with microservices & distributed systemsSolid understanding of system design, performance, and scalabilityExperience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL)Experience with AWS or cloud platforms is a strong advantageFamiliar with testing frameworks and best practicesProactive mindset, able to work independently and take ownershipGood English communication for daily work
