Role Description
You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that improve the deployment process, enhance system reliability, and optimize performance.
You’ll collaborate with our development teams to automate workflows, manage CI/CD pipelines, and monitor system health, ensuring smooth operations and rapid delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with developers to improve the software release process and infrastructure performance.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack (network, hardware, application, and database).Ensure system security by implementing best practices, including regular vulnerability assessments and patch management.Optimize cloud usage and costs, ensuring efficient resource management.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and containerization (Docker).Experience with Helm and managing Helm charts.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK stack).Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation.Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred:
3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD expertise.Familiarity with GitOps workflows.Knowledge of PHP-FPM, Laravel, and scaling web applications.Exposure to high-availability environment and comfortable with scalability challenges.Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture.DevOps certification (cloud, k8s, etc.).
