DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level) Software & Cyber Solutions - Huntsville, Alabama Location: Redstone Arsenal Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, automation, and sustainment of mission-critical systems in a secure environment. This role focuses on containerized deployments, CI/CD pipeline development, and automation across Windows and Linux platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHubDevelop and support containerized deployments across enterprise environmentsAutomate application and infrastructure deployments across Windows and Linux systemsSupport and optimize container orchestration platforms; Kubernetes experience preferredCollaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve deploymentefficiencyTroubleshoot build, deployment, and environment issuesDocument DevOps processes, standards, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5 years of DevOps, systems engineering, or related experienceHands-on experience with container deployment technologiesStrong experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHubExperience automating deployments across Windows and Linux environmentsActive Top Secret security clearance (required at time of hire) Preferred Qualifications Experience with KubernetesExperience supporting DoD or federal programsFamiliarity with secure or classified development environments
