Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements AI Engineer responsible for building an AI-driven document analysis platform using LLMs, RAG architectures and multi-agent workflows. Design provider-agnostic LLM and embedding interfaces. Develop a complete ingestion pipeline with PDF parsing, OCR fallback, section-aware chunking, metadata tagging, embeddings and vector indexing. Implement a hybrid semantic-keyword retrieval engine. Build agents with strict input schemas and structured outputs. Ensure scalability, explainability and data-residency compliance. Create evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, classification accuracy, citation validity, reasoning and prompt performance. Hands-on AI experience is mandatory. Clearly specify AI frameworks, tools and technologies worked with in the CV, particularly LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation. Strong Python, document processing, AI security/governance, technical documentation and SME collaboration skills. European citizenship is mandatory. Benefits A challenging, innovating environment.
