Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer within ASML's Business Line Applications, you will be part of the Software Facility & Infrastructure group supporting the YieldStar product lines You will contribute to the development and maintenance of software infrastructure, automation solutions, and computing platforms. Working closely with experienced engineers, you will design, implement, test, and improve software and system solutions across Windows and Linux environments Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions using .NET C#Contribute to automation of system installation, configuration, and deploymentSupport virtualization and container-based solutions, including Kubernetes environmentsAnalyze and troubleshoot software, system, and networking issuesHelp improve system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityParticipate in software design, implementation, testing, and code reviewsCollaborate with software, infrastructure, DevOps, and hardware teams in an Agile environmentBuild knowledge in key technology areas such as Linux, Windows, Networking, Ansible, Virtualization, and Containers Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software development or computer systems engineeringExperience with C# developmentFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or ShellBasic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systemsExposure to virtualization, containers and networking Skills & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Good communication and collaboration skills.Proactive attitude and focus on delivering quality solutions. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.).
