Full Stack .NET Developer

Role Overview Talzy is looking for a hands-on Full Stack .NET Developer with 4+ years of experience in .NET and C# to join the engineering team of our client - a US-based freight and logistics technology company. They are a 3PL serving tens of thousands of customers across LTL, truckload and expedited shipping, and they build their own transportation management platform in-house. In this role you will work across the full stack - .NET Core MVC on Microsoft Azure on the back end, Vue.js on the front end - building and improving features that move real freight every day. You will work directly with the US-based product and engineering team, so you should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment. This is a strong fit for someone who wants ownership of what they ship: understanding the product end-to-end, turning business requirements into well-designed technical solutions, and seeing them run in production. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and deploy features end-to-end across the platform • Build and maintain services in .NET Core MVC 6 running on Microsoft Azure • Model and query data with EF Core 6 on SQL Azure, keeping performance in mind • Develop and improve user-facing interfaces in Vue.js • Implement and maintain background and scheduled processing with Hangfire • Ensure high-quality, performant and secure implementations • Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives What we expect • At least 4 years of professional experience as a .NET developer • Solid experience with .NET Core MVC 6 in Microsoft Azure • Solid experience with EF Core 6 using SQL Azure • Working knowledge of a front-end framework, ideally Vue.js 2 • Experience with Hangfire or a comparable background job framework • A self-driven approach, with a high level of commitment and personal responsibility • The ability to work both in a team and independently, with a solution-oriented mindset • Strong analytical thinking - and a good sense of humour • Good English, written and spoken, as you will work daily with our client's US-based team • You are based in Latvia and have the right to work in Latvia - this role is open to candidates located in Latvia only What we offer: • Salary range: €3000-€4000 gross per month, depending on experience • Hybrid Work Model: Work from home or enjoy our office - the choice is yours • Health insurance after 6 months of employment
