We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications, support system integrations, and ensure robust database and application support across the organisation. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications.Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software applications.Maintain and support existing applications, databases, and programmes.Gather and analyse user requirements to translate them into practical IT solutions.Work closely with users and business departments to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to users.Develop and maintain integrations between internal applications, ERP systems, and other business platforms.Work with APIs and system interfaces to support data exchange between applications.Support database maintenance and application-related data requirements.Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, user guides, and application documentation.Ensure applications comply with internal IT standards, security requirements, and development best practices.Participate in application enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available.Minimum 3+ years of software development or programming experience.Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: C#.Good knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.Understanding of software development, debugging, and application support.Good communication skills and ability to work with users from different departments. Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and business systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as within an IT team.Experience with API integration or working with system interfaces.Familiarity with ERP systems integration.Experience supporting or maintaining Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools.
