Senior Technical Product Manager - Salesforce London (Hybrid) £70,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits We're working with a large, global consumer services business to find a Senior Technical Product Manager who can take genuine ownership of how their systems connect and communicate. This isn't a Product role where "technical" is just a word on the job title. You'll sit at the true intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture, owning the strategy and delivery of the integrations and APIs that connect core systems across the business. You'll be trusted to get into the technical detail, challenge architectural decisions, and still keep sight of the bigger commercial picture. What you'll be doing: Owning the vision, roadmap and prioritisation for the internal API and integration landscapeShaping API strategy that supports business transformation, operational efficiency and long-term scalabilityPartnering closely with engineering, architecture and Salesforce teams to define integration patterns and standardsGuiding the design of secure, resilient and reusable APIsLeading integration initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to deliveryTurning complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes What you'll bring: Genuine experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a complex technology environmentA track record of delivering real APIs, integrations or platform connectivity solutionsStrong grasp of API architecture, microservices and integration patternsHands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrationsThe confidence to sit across the table from senior engineers and hold your own on technical decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to have: Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka or similar middleware/event platformsUnderstanding of OAuth2/JWT authentication and security modelsBackground in travel, loyalty, fintech or enterprise CRM environments Senior Technical Product Manager – Salesforce London (Hybrid) £70,000-£90,000 + bonus + benefits If this sounds like the kind of ownership you've been looking for, apply now or reach out directly for a confidential conversation. **Please note, due to the many applications we receive, not all applicants will receive feedback.
