Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a growing team working on a major retail banking project focused on retail loans. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on front-end development, integrations, technical analysis, and Salesforce administration. What you will do Design, develop, test, document, and deploy business solutions in SalesforceDevelop and maintain solutions using APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Translate business requirements and use cases into high-quality codeMaintain and enhance existing APEX solutionsCreate modern and user-friendly interfaces using LWC and AuraPerform Salesforce administration and configurationParticipate in the design and administration of domain modulesContribute to solution design and technical analysisDevelop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems and platformsCollaborate with the team on technical solutions and project developmentPotentially participate in projects outside Salesforce, including Java development What we are looking for Strong commercial experience as a Senior Salesforce DeveloperExcellent knowledge of APEXHands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AuraExperience with Salesforce administration and configurationExperience designing and developing integrations with external systemsAbility to perform technical analysis and participate in solution designGood understanding of Salesforce development best practicesAbility to work independently in a small and gradually growing teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsNice to have Experience with Java developmentExperience working in the banking or financial services domainKnowledge of retail lending processes What the project offers Long-term engagement planned until at least Q4 2027Possibility of extensionOpportunity to work on a large-scale retail banking / loans projectWork within a growing Salesforce development teamPrague or Ostrava locationPossibility to contribute to additional technology projects beyond Salesforce
