Full Stack .NET / React Native Developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team for a high-impact enterprise project. We are taking over and modernizing a mission-critical, custom software system for a large, multi-division contracting company. This system acts as the central hub for their daily operations—handling complex, dynamic field dispatching, invoicing, and a mobile application for field technicians. You will be instrumental in stabilizing the current MVP, migrating complex logic into microservices, and elevating the mobile UX! The Tech Stack & Core Requirements: Backend: Strong expertise in .NET / C# and SQL Server.Frontend/Mobile: Proven experience building and deploying mobile applications with React Native.Architecture: Deep understanding of Microservice architecture and building scalable, decoupled systems.Bonus Points: Experience integrating third-party APIs (like QuickBooks, scheduling engines, or payment gateways). What You Will Do: Inherit & Optimize: Audit and take ownership of an existing .NET codebase, refactoring it for scalability and performance. Build the Mobile Experience: Enhance the React Native mobile app to ensure flawless UX for technicians out in the field. Architect Complex Logic: Help implement a highly dynamic, multi-variable scheduling and dispatching engine using microservices. Collaborate: Work directly with our internal team and project stakeholders to turn business logic into clean, deployable code.
