Frontend Developer

Fully Remote – Potentially Hybrid in the future (Bucharest, Romania) Our client is a fast-growing, product-driven technology company building an engaging consumer platform for an international market. As the product continues to scale, they are expanding their engineering team and looking for an experienced Front End Developer to take ownership of user-facing experiences across both web and mobile. What you'll do: Build and ship features across web (React) and mobile (React Native)Turn product requirements and designs into responsive, accessible, polished interfacesBuild and extend reusable components and contribute to the design systemIntegrate frontend applications with REST APIs and WebSocketsWrite clean, maintainable code with unit and component testsImprove frontend performance, load times, rendering, and overall UXCollaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and EngineeringUse AI development tools to improve development, testing, and code review workflows What we're looking for: 5+ years of professional frontend development experienceStrong hands-on experience with React and React NativeStrong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML and CSSExperience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similarExperience working with REST APIs and real-time functionalityExperience with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing toolsFamiliarity with modern frontend tooling and CI/CDStrong attention to UX, performance, and visual detailGood communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Nice to have: Experience with high-traffic consumer, gaming, entertainment, or highly interactive productsExperience with animations and gesturesExperience maintaining a component library or design system
