Backend Developers (Mid & Senior) | Building SaaS Products in RegTech

iDenfy is a global, award-winning RegTech company building AI-powered identity verification, AML, and fraud prevention solutions (KYC, KYB, AML) for banks, crypto platforms, and other high-risk industries. Our platform is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, and our APIs and SDKs are used by developers worldwide. We're looking for Mid and Senior Back-end Developers to join our engineering team and work on the core systems behind our identity verification products. You'll build and improve SaaS solutions in a sprint-based environment, with real ownership over what you ship. 🎯 What You'll Do Day to Day: Develop and maintain back-end services using Python, Django, and Django REST FrameworkWork on our identity verification system and subsystems - from design to deploymentWork with databases (MySQL, DynamoDB) and background tasks using Celery and RedisWrite clean, tested code (Pytest) and take part in code reviewsCollaborate with the team in a sprint-based scrum processUse AI tools like Claude in your daily development work - writing, testing, and reviewing code fasterShare ideas on improving our coding practices, standards, and toolsHelp less experienced teammates grow through code reviews and support ✅ Requirements: Solid experience with Python and Django (Django REST Framework)Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, or similar)Experience writing tests with PytestComfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CDComfortable (or interested in) using AI coding assistants like Claude as part of your workflowGood written EnglishExperience with machine learning or ML-related development (nice to have) 🚀What we offer: A hybrid and flexible work model – while we enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we truly value the energy and creativity that come from working together in the office. Salary: 3636 - 6300 Eur gross We're hiring for both Mid and Senior Backend Developer positions, so the salary range may be adjusted depending on your experience, skills, and seniority.
