Develop, maintain, enhance, and documentCampaign process and Contact Policy to ensure streamlined delivery of campaigns. Streamline campaign communication via digital channels for both Portfolio Actions and Usage Campaigns .Ensure that monitoring for key performance drivers for campaigns are in place.Drive continuous business-critical campaigns implementation.
