Backend Engineer

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development using C#/.NET Core, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, and practical experience working with LangChain or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks. You will work within an Agile/Scrum team to design, develop, and enhance modern cloud-based software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. About The Job Design, develop, and enhance backend software solutions using C# and .NET Core.Build and maintain scalable applications and services on Microsoft Azure Cloud.Develop and integrate Web APIs and cloud-based services.Implement AI/LLM-based solutions using LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.Work with databases and support data management and processing activities.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Contribute to code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement of development practices. About You Around 5 years or more of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.Practical experience developing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.Hands-on experience with LangChain or a similar AI/agent orchestration framework such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalent.Good knowledge of Web API development and backend architecture.Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.Experience with container technologies such as Docker; Kubernetes experience is an advantage.Good understanding of software development best practices and automated testing.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a self-organized engineering team.
