Product Engineer (Fullstack Developer)

We are not simply adding new tools to an established development process. We are rethinking the software development lifecycle from the ground up, and applying that approach to real products today. We offer clients a development service, powered by internal tooling. About the position We are looking for a Product Engineer (m/f/d) who thinks in systems, works confidently through ambiguity, and builds solutions that improve processes, solve client problems, and move our platform forward. From day one, you will take meaningful responsibility in a fast-moving environment. You will work with our internal tools and delivery processes, help develop them further, and move projects forward independently, even when the path is not yet fully defined. Your work will span client products, our internal platform, and the broader challenge of defining what an AI-native software development lifecycle will look like. From the beginning, you will: take ownership of client projects and design, develop, and improve modern web applications from frontend to backendpragmatically integrate AI tools and LLM-based features into client solutions and internal workflowsdesign systems, APIs, services, and data models, not just individual featuresimprove and further develop existing products, internal tools, and our Platformmake clear and well-reasoned technical decisions, choosing technologies based on the problemwork directly with clients, founders, and business stakeholders while actively helping shape our development process What matters to us At least 5 years of practical software development experience with strong project references, ideally in fullstack web developmentWe are framework agnostic, but most of our projects are built with React/Next.js and FastAPI (Python).You bring energy, curiosity, and ambition, and you want to help shape how modern software development with AI will work in the futureYou have already built modern web applications and worked on both frontend and backendSolid understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system designYou get up to speed quickly in new stacks, tools, and domainsYou can translate unclear requirements into pragmatic technical solutionsGenuine interest in AI as a tool, not just as a buzzwordWorking independently is a requirement for you, not a bonus A strong plus: Experience with cloud architectureExperience with automation, e.g. CI/CD, testing, deploymentStrong experience with Python and React.js We are a small team that works fast, takes responsibility, and takes the work seriously without losing the fun in it.
