Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy elegant software solutions impacting millions of investorsDeliver high-performance, low-latency services with complex requirementsBuild and optimize fault-tolerant distributed systems under rapid growth demandsCollaborate with product and business leaders to provide solution guidanceShare past experiences and mentor fellow engineers in improving their crafts together with work disciplineContribute actively to our startup engineering culture with ideas and suggestionsDeploy to hybrid environments and provide technical assistance Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years of software development experience, preferably in distributed systems or full-stack architectureHighly proficient in one or more programming languages, including Java, C, Go, or PythonSolid knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and MySQL. Tuning and query optimization is a plusSkilled practitioner of deployments onto cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise environmentsAble to work individually with limited guidance, responsible for their work, and self-motivatedPassionate about technology and software development.
