Inspired by Nepal's renowned twin innovators Ram Prasad Rimal and Laxman Prasad Rimal, we build on over two decades of experience solving societal and infrastructural challenges through technology — combining cutting-edge research with real-world implementation to create scalable, impactful innovations. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality native Android applications that power projects across Ramlaxman Group. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement new features, fix bugs, and continuously improve our mobile architecture — while helping us follow best-in-class Android design and development practices. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements • Integrate APIs and backend services • Debug, test, and optimize app performance and reliability • Participate in code reviews and champion clean coding practices • Follow Android design guidelines and stay current on best practices • Support app releases and ongoing maintenance on the Google Play Store What We're Looking For • 1+ year of experience as an Android Developer working on native Android apps • Strong skills in Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack libraries • Experience with Retrofit, Room, and other common Android libraries • Flutter knowledge is preferred (a strong plus, not mandatory) • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and clean coding practices • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Bonus: UI/UX sensibility, performance optimization know-how, and Play Store publishing experience What We Offer • Competitive salary • 5-day work week (Monday–Friday) • Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Paid holidays • Paid leave • A collaborative, innovation-first culture with real-world impact _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How to Apply Send your CV and portfolio/GitHub link to info@ramlaxmangroup.com #Hiring #AndroidDeveloper #Kotlin #Flutter #MobileDevelopment #KathmanduJobs #NepalJobs #TechCareers #NowHiring
