Backend Developer (.NET)

About The Role Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications and APIs using the .NET framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions that support modern enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using the .NET framework. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs. Integrate backend services with databases and frontend applications. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and solution architects. Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development activities. Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in .NET backend application development. Strong experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database development. Good understanding of software design principles, clean code, and scalable application architecture. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Experience with microservices architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
