Senior Associate, Front-End Developer

About Us HC Global Fund Services, LLC (“HC Global”) is a privately owned fund administrator serving fund managers and investment advisors in the alternative investments industry. Job Description About the Role We're looking for a Front-End Developer to join our growing Software Development team, focused on building and enhancing user-facing web applications for internal and investor-facing platforms. You'll take ownership of UI/UX implementation across our projects while working closely with our existing Microsoft/Azure-based stack. This is a foundational hire for a newly formalized team, with real opportunity to grow into a broader full-stack role as the team and infrastructure mature. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using React and TypeScript Translate UI/UX designs and mockups into clean, production-ready front-end code Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services Collaborate on Power Platform/Power BI-driven solutions and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components Write and maintain tests to ensure UI reliability and code quality Participate in Git-based version control workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS DevOps) Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG) Work with SQL for data-driven front-end features as needed Contribute to a growing team culture, with opportunity to expand into back-end/full-stack work over time Requirements Required Skills Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript Solid foundation in HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design principles Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs Working knowledge of Git and collaborative version control workflows Understanding of UI/UX responsive design best practices Familiarity with Accessibility standards (WCAG) Exposure to Azure or AWS DevOps / CI/CD pipelines Basic SQL knowledge for data-related front-end work Experience with testing frameworks (unit/integration/E2E) Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power BI Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Working knowledge of AI coding agents/assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to support development speed Exposure to PostgreSQL or other relational database systems beyond SQL Server Prior experience in a lean or newly-formed development team What Success Looks Like Delivering polished, accessible, production-ready UI across current and upcoming projects (Investor Relations Portal, Billing Portal, AP Portal) Growing technical ownership over time, with the potential to expand into full-stack responsibilities as team infrastructure matures check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => apply(record.id,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final-style="background-color:#8C8D8F;border-color:#8C8D8F;color:white;" final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
