Software Engineer

Join Wandoo Finance as a Software Engineer to help design and build scalable lending platform that will support millions of loans across the globe. In this role, you will take ownership of one of our lending platforms — building features to improve quality of life for our users, hardening stability and security of our system and reshaping the architecture to be prepared for rapid expansion. This is not a role for someone who simply ships tickets. We’re looking for a strong technical thinker who wants to understand what business and users needs and how to support the business growth. You will work closely with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to shape the system that is used by tens of thousands of users managing millions in loans. How You’ll Make an Impact Work end-to-end across product requirement scoping, system design, development, testing, rollout and monitoringWrite clean, well-tested code that powers financial products real customers depend onTake responsibility for systems in production: monitor, debug, and improve, not just shipWork directly with product and business to turn real needs into solid technical solutionsContribute to technical direction in a small team where your judgment is visible and your decisions matterUphold the engineering and compliance bar that operating in regulated fintech markets demandsContinuously challenge existing solutions and identify smarter ways to structure and deliver systems that bring value for the business What You Bring to the Table This role suits someone with more than 3 years of experience — with goal of owning technical direction, not waiting for it.
