Description

About:mo:re is a biotech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry. Founded in 2023 and based in Hamburg, we are on a mission to establish the new gold standard for organoid-based drug development, ultimately aiming to eliminate the need for animal studies. Our innovative lab platform empowers organizations to conduct organoid cell culture studies, offering a cost-effective, faster, and more compliant alternative to traditional animal testing. Visit: www.more.science for more info about us The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer who can take ownership of projects, break them down into clear work packages, and delegate tasks effectively. Our mission is to simplify lab workflows through innovative software that helps lab technicians and scientists design, execute, and analyze experiments. You will primarily shape our web app, where devices, experiments, and samples come together. Our platform spans from optimized C++ firmware on microcontrollers to cloud applications, but our front-end stack is close to a modern web app or SaaS product; with fewer users and a strong focus on real-time data. We work closely with our in-house scientists: you will clarify requirements, plan implementation, gather feedback from internal tests, and challenge feature requests. Our goal is not to blindly implement features, but to build a consistent, usable product with a clear software philosophy.
