Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer. The successful candidate will help design and deliver AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Python and enterprise integration technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role involving solution design, software development, workflow automation and technical leadership. As a Software Engineer your main responsibilities will involve: Design and develop AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Microsoft CopilotStudio and Microsoft Power Platform.Build, configure and maintain Copilot Studio agents, tools, actions and orchestrationworkflows.Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads andmodern integration patterns.Develop supporting services, APIs and automation components using Python.Work closely with business users and business analysts to understand requirementsand translate them into scalable technical solutions.Lead or contribute to technical solution design activities, ensuring solutions arescalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.Perform peer reviews and contribute to engineering standards and development bestpractices.Mentor and support developers and contribute to estimation, sprint planning andtechnical delivery activities.Must Have Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant software engineering experience delivering enterprisetechnology solutions.Strong Python development experience.Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and system integrations.Experience working with Swagger / OpenAPI specifications and API documentation.Strong understanding of JSON, web services and modern integration patterns.Experience owning technical design for medium to large software delivery initiatives.Experience designing and delivering production software solutions within largeenterprise environments.Experience working within Agile development teams.Experience performing code reviews and contributing to engineering standards anddevelopment best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.Experience building enterprise workflow automation solutions.Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.Desirable Skills Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs or Agentic AI technologies.Experience with Azure cloud services.Experience with CI/CD tooling and automated deployment pipelines.Experience working in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
