Job Role/Level RQ26-260715-058 - Senior React Engineer — DaaS Platform (Regional Lead) Quantity 1 Mandatory Skills Immediately available Core Requirements • Expert-level React and TypeScript, with strong command of type-system design and rendering/performance fundamentals • Proven experience with micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation or equivalent) at production scale • Track record of defining and enforcing engineering standards adopted across multiple teams • Experience building shared SDKs, libraries, or platform contracts consumed by many downstream consumers • Familiarity with multi-region/multi-channel product delivery, balancing shared core code against local configuration • Working knowledge of modern build tooling (Webpack/Rspack/Rsbuild or similar) Preferred • Native/hybrid app experience (iOS/Android WebView, native bridge patterns) • Exposure to frontend observability/instrumentation (performance monitoring, error tracking) • Security awareness relevant to enterprise/banking frontends (CSP, cross-origin script loading) Working Style • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a large enterprise environment with existing compliance and CI/CD constraints • Able to author technical specs/guidelines that senior peers will adopt • Collaborative across regional teams, not purely solo execution focused Preferred Skills Please see above Brief Job Description Drive regional delivery of a large-scale micro-frontend platform (React/TypeScript, Module Federation) serving multiple channels and regions from a shared codebase.
