About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team at Enfint. In this role, you will take ownership of complex product features and technical initiatives from conception through to deployment. Your primary focus will be on designing and building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using Angular, ensuring seamless user experiences that meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will play a crucial role in driving frontend architecture and making technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Backend, and other Engineers, you will translate complex technical concepts and large datasets into simple, elegant user experiences. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance the product, improve architectural practices, and elevate engineering standards while mentoring less experienced engineers and reviewing code to maintain high-quality outputs. You will also leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity without compromising on quality and standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of professional frontend development experience, demonstrating ownership of complex, production-grade applications. You should possess strong expertise with a major frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue, with a particular emphasis on Angular. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS is essential. You should have a solid background in designing scalable frontend architectures, especially for complex, data-intensive applications. A thorough understanding of browser fundamentals, frontend performance optimization, and modern web development practices is required. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and a keen eye for detail are critical to delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience working with APIs, state management, testing frameworks, and modern development workflows is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to independently lead technical initiatives, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration are highly valued. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with large-scale Angular applications, monorepos and tools such as Nx, observability platforms, developer tools, SaaS products, cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, backend technologies, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development workflows.
