The Role As one of our AI Engineers, you’re a core member of the Group AI team, reporting to the GM - AI. Your job is to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation pipelines that grow revenue & save real time across LK Group’s Support Team and Portfolio businesses. Day to day, you’ll be: Building and adding to internal software platforms, using LLM solutions such as Claude CodeDesigning and deploying AI agents natively within Anthropic’s Claude platformTesting agents against real business scenarios and resolving edge cases before they go liveMonitoring agent performance — reliability, latency, error rates — and keeping the standard highIntegrating AI services into existing business systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelinesBuilding and maintaining automated workflow pipelines using PowerAutoamte, n8n, Zapier, Make, and Shopify FlowBuilding and maintaining a library of reusable prompt templates, workflows, and system instructionsWriting clear technical documentationSupporting responsible AI practices across every build — data privacy, accuracy, and quality control embedded from the startThis is a founding role. The infrastructure you build will define how AI gets done across LK Group. Who We’re Looking For We want a builder — someone who comes alive when they’re building & shipping, thinks in pipelines and agents, and has the engineering rigour to make things reliable and built to last. You’re the right fit if you: Have had 3+ years experience in software developmentHave proven, hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems — what you’ve shipped matters more than how long you’ve been doing itHave production experience integrating large language models such as Claude (preferred), Gemma 4, Perplexity, LangChain or OpenClaw) into real applications — not just consumer or chat useAre experienced with prompt engineering and LLM configuration: system prompts, tool use, multi-step chains, and output evaluationHave built production workflows with PowerAutomate, n8n or equivalent — things that actually work in production, not just prototypesHave strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, and data pipelinesExercise strong engineering judgement — you choose the right tool, scope builds pragmatically, and debug systematicallyHold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field — or have a portfolio that speaks for itselfAnd just as important — you bring these to work every day: Entrepreneurial energy - You move fast, back yourself, and don’t wait for perfect conditions to start building.
