About Role We are looking for a full stack engineer to join a squad within healthcare sector. The stack is React on the front end and Java on the back end with experience doing full stack(50/50) development. Experience with AEM is a nice-to-have but not essential. What You'll Be Doing Building and enhancing existing features using React and JavaWorking on backend services and APIs, with front-end work as neededImplementing changes based on clearly defined requirements and completed designsMaking small, targeted improvements to performance, reliability, and usabilityWorking closely with product and delivery to get work shipped quicklyContributing clean, maintainable code that fits established patterns What Were Looking For Solid experience as a full stack engineer (mid-level is perfect)Strong Java backend experience (Spring or similar)Good working knowledge and experience in ReactComfortable working in an existing codebase and extending current functionalityAble to work independently and keep momentum without a lot of hand-holdingPractical mindset – focused on delivery rather than architecture debates Nice to have Exposure to AEM or content-driven platformsExperience working in small squads focused on incremental deliveryFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices Why Choose Trideca?
