Forward Deployed Engineer / Software Engineer 📍 Remote from Poland 🏠 Remote-first role, with a preference for candidates based in Warsaw ✈️ Regular travel to customer sites required 💼 Permanent role We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI technology company and work closely with some of its most strategic customers. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll combine strong technical skills with creativity and problem-solving to design and deliver tailored solutions. You'll be embedded with key customers, working directly with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges, design architectures, build integrations and deliver high-impact solutions. What You'll Do Take full ownership of major projects from initial discussions through to delivery.Work closely with strategic customers to understand their technical challenges and requirements.Design and build tailored technical solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies.Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams and senior stakeholders.Design technical architectures, product solutions and integrations.Build and deliver full-scale software integrations.Use your coding and problem-solving skills to solve complex technical challenges.Help customers get the most value from advanced AI technologies.Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on innovation, ownership and impact. What We're Looking For Strong software engineering experience with a solid understanding of software development and architecture.Proficiency in Python.Experience designing and integrating APIs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.An interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity.Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders is beneficial, but candidates with relevant experience from projects, side projects or other environments will also be considered.Comfortable taking ownership and working independently on complex challenges.Fluent English and Polish are essential.A strong understanding of the Polish market, regional environment and cultural nuances.
