The team will modernise a complex client-onboarding platform, transforming a process involving hundreds of forms into a simpler, faster digital experience. This is a major long-term global programme, with plans to hire multiple elite engineers in Hong Kong to work alongside established teams in Singapore and Europe. Two Opportunities Senior Software Engineer For an experienced engineer who wants to remain deeply hands-on, solve complex technical problems, and own delivery from design through production. Tech Lead For a hands-on leader who can shape architecture, guide technical delivery, mentor engineers, and still contribute directly to the codebase. What You’ll Be Doing Modernise a complex global onboarding platform.Build full-stack solutions using React, Java, and Python microservices.Simplify complex workflows, forms, and business rules.Own architecture, development, testing, and production delivery.Use AI coding tools throughout the engineering lifecycle.Work closely with teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Europe.Help shape the technical standards and culture of the new Hong Kong team. What We’re Looking For Around 10+ years of software engineering experience.Strong hands-on coding and system-design skills.Full-stack or backend expertise in Java or another OOP language.Experience with modern frontend development, ideally React.Exposure to Python and microservices architecture.A self-driven mindset and the ability to work across global teams.For the Tech Lead role, experience leading engineers and making architectural decisions.
