Senior Java Engineer – Trading Systems We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our core platform team and help shape the next generation of our order management capabilities. What you will do Design and build robust, production-grade services that power our trading and order lifecycle flowsPartner with product owners to turn business requirements into clean, maintainable solutionsOperate in a modern DevOps setup, taking ownership from development through to production releaseCollaborate with the operations group to ensure smooth, low-risk deploymentsHelp maintain system health by spotting and addressing performance bottlenecks early Must-have experience 7+ years developing enterprise-grade applications in Java, with at least 5 years using the Spring ecosystemHands-on work with microservices architectures and distributed systemsProven delivery of stable, high-availability services in demanding environmentsPractical knowledge of the FIX protocol and its use in trading workflowsExperience contributing to or integrating with OMS (Order Management System) componentsStrong background in messaging and event-driven designs (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ or Kafka)Solid REST API development, including OpenAPI / Swagger specificationsClear understanding of automated testing practices within agile deliveryComfortable with modern delivery toolchains: Git, Jenkins, CI pipelines, Docker, Nexus and KubernetesGood grasp of common software design patterns and enterprise integration patterns
