About the job This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of an anonymous AI-native fund management infrastructure company. We’re identifying a small number of exceptional senior software engineers from our network. If there’s a strong fit, we’ll introduce you directly to the team. Location: New York City, NY / hybrid, with in-person presence 4 or 5 days per week Compensation: $180K - $230K base + competitive equity Employment type: Full-time Visa: Visa sponsorship available, open to most forms except net new H1Bs About the company This company provides AI-native infrastructure for fund management, focusing on financial services and fintech industries. Founded in 2021, it has secured $76M in funding and is experiencing strong business momentum, having closed a $50M Series B round. The company is scaling rapidly and aims to grow to approximately 100 employees by the end of the year. The team is responsible for developing complex systems that support private markets fund accounting, including a proprietary expression language, a capital allocations engine, and a configurable workflow system. These foundational primitives address intricate business challenges with technical rigor. About the role As a Senior Software Engineer on the Calculations & Allocations team, you will work on the core primitives that power the entire platform. This includes developing a custom expression language, orchestrating fund operations, and modeling financial mechanics. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building foundational abstractions.
