Summary: The Web Developer shall provide support for development, configuration, and sustainment of Army 365 (A365) digital collaboration environments, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform tools. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Design and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support mission requirements, knowledge management, and business processesEnsure solutions are user-focused, scalable, and compliant with Army enterprise IT policies and governanceSupport automation of business processes, data integration, and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and decision-makingSolutions shall support mission-critical programs, including energy resilience and advanced nuclear initiatives, by enabling secure collaboration, data sharing, and decision support environmentsThe Contractor shall provide Trusted Agent support services in accordance with DoW and Army cybersecurity and identity management policies, including support for secure access and credentialing processes (e.g., SIPR tokens, CAC enablement, and associated systems)Assist Government personnel with onboarding, provisioning, and troubleshooting secure access requirements, while ensuring strict compliance with all security protocols and safeguarding requirementsContractor personnel performing these functions must meet all applicable clearance requirements and complete required training and certifications prior to performing dutiesThe Contractor shall provide web development and digital services support to design, develop, enhance, and maintain web-based platforms and applications that support IE&E mission requirements Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with DoD identity management and access control systemsCompletion of required Trusted Agent training/certificationsStrong understanding of cybersecurity compliance requirementsFamiliarity with Army enterprise IT policies and governanceStrong problem-solving and system design skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsProficiency in SharePoint (online), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworksFamiliarity with Army 365 (A365) environment and enterprise collaboration toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.5-10+ years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or identity/access managementExperience supporting SIPR/NIPR environmentsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar toolsAt minimum, a SECRET clearance Pay And Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $108,000.
