Python Developer

Python & AWS Developer Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience 5+ years of professional experience developing, deploying, and supporting Python applications in production environments.2+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting Terraform scripts and/or AWS CDK in production environments for provisioning and managing cloud resources.Strong experience with the AWS ecosystem, including Boto3, Chalice, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and other AWS automation and development frameworks.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Shell/Bash, Ruby, Java, or equivalent technologies.Strong understanding of AWS Cloud fundamentals, with at least 3 years of experience supporting AWS environments across both test and production.Hands-on experience with key AWS services, including:AWS LambdaAPI GatewayS3DynamoDBEC2Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts, cloud infrastructure, security, and connectivity.Strong experience with Bash/Shell scripting and automation.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.Strong production support experience, including application troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintaining system reliability. Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification is preferred.Experience with application monitoring, performance optimization, and load testing.Experience developing and supporting applications within the financial services or real estate industries is a plus.Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in production environments.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.Experience with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
