Full Stack Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer 📍 Warsaw, Poland 🏢 Permanent role 🏠 Mostly onsite, with 1 day per week working from home We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a technology team building the systems, tools and capabilities that support the full lifecycle of large-scale digital products. You will play a key role in building the tools and experiences that developers rely on, ranging from developer-facing web applications to cross-platform desktop tooling. You'll help shape how these tools and the shared services behind them come together to create a seamless and scalable developer experience. This role would suit someone who is comfortable working in an innovative and evolving environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and can influence technical direction beyond day-to-day implementation. What You'll Do Drive technical solutions across multiple teams, from system design through to deployment.Work across the full software stack, including backend services, UI component libraries, insights systems, documentation and integrations.Modernise and improve existing tools and services to better support developer workflows.Collaborate closely with software engineering teams, product managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and define technical solutions.Help shape technical direction and make strategic decisions with long-term scalability and effectiveness in mind.Build tools and experiences that improve the productivity and experience of software engineers.Take ownership of what you build, including operational support and participation in on-call rotations.Lead and contribute to incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Strong professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a track record of owning complex features from ideation through to deployment.Strong backend development experience and the ability to design clean, scalable and well-documented APIs.Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Go or Python would be beneficial.Strong frontend engineering experience, including state management and building reusable component libraries.Experience working with design systems is highly desirable.Comfortable taking ownership of production systems, not just delivering features.Experience working across teams and influencing technical decisions.Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment.A strong interest in developer experience and building intuitive tools for other engineers.Experience using AI, AI coding tools and agents as part of day-to-day software development.A curious, collaborative and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
