Job Description Ciklum is looking for a JavaScript Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria. About The Role As a JavaScript Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities Developing new engineers-facing products and featuresBuilding robust and scalable software components and servicesOptimizing applications to maximize speed and scalabilityEnsuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsCollaborating with other team members and stakeholdersTaking a flexible, proactive approach to your work Requirements 3+ years of experience in Frontend development using React (inc React Native)Delivering high-quality software projects, using established best practices, and being able to implement mechanisms to ensure the quality is kept during its lifecycleAble to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)Critical thinking and good communication skills Personal Skills Perform a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contextsInvestigate, define and resolve complex issuesAble to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectivelyInfluence customers and team members on the project levelPlan, schedule and monitor your own work competentlyHave learning agility (readiness for challenge and being open to change)Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must What’s in it for you?
