Company Description A global AI company that has raised over $800M and reached a $5B valuation in under two years, opening its Korea office after New York, London, Singapore and Tokyo. The product is an enterprise AI operating system: agents that run inside a company’s actual operations rather than sitting beside them. You do not need an AI title on your profile. There are far more engineers in Korea who can ship a real product on top of a model than there are people whose resume says so, and this team needs the first kind. This role is live and confirmed with the company that is hiring. Harper never posts a fake or placeholder job. What You'll Do Forward Deployed Engineering is not traditional product engineering. You sit with the customer, learn how their operations actually run, and build the systems that make AI work inside them. On this track you own it front to back, not up to an API boundary. Embed with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, constraints, and what success actually means to them.Build the surface they live in: the agent UI, the console, the workflow.Write the backend that connects it to the model, their data, and their existing tools.Own deployments from prototype through launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Own reliability for what you ship: latency, failure modes, and what happens when the model is wrong.Feed what you learn in the field back to the product and engineering teams. Required Qualifications 3+ years building and shipping production software that real users depend on.Strong TypeScript and React, or equivalent modern front-end work.Backend competence in Python or Node, including designing and consuming APIs.You have owned a feature from empty file to live users, not just a slice of one.You want to be in front of customers. This is customer-facing engineering, not a pure backend or infrastructure role.Business-level Korean and English. You will work with the global team directly, with no layer in between. Nice to Have Hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, or agent systems, including side projects.Product sense: you argue about what to build, not only how.A forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or technical consulting background.Design fluency, or a track record of shipping interfaces people find obvious.Cloud fluency (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Why This Role Is Remarkable AI product work in Korea is mostly demos right now. These deployments run inside paying enterprise customers. You will be one of very few engineers in the market with production agent product experience, and that gap is not closing quickly. The Korea team is early. What you ship in the first year becomes how the product looks here. Process Step 1. Hit Apply on LinkedIn and you will meet Harper. Step 2. No formatted resume required. Just talk with Harper about where you are now and what you are looking for next. Step 3. Harper works from the real context it picks up in that conversation. When you are a strong fit, it recommends you to the company right away. You stay in stealth throughout: no company sees your profile until you say so. Step 4. Terms, scheduling, and any questions you have about the company or the role. Harper handles all of it in between. Step 5. If this one is not the right fit, that is fine. Harper keeps finding and bringing you other strong roles across its network. The entire process is free for candidates.
