Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React) - Remote This is a newly created, direct-hire position, fully remote (Quebec-based), with 3 openings. Our client is a growing SaaS technology company building critical infrastructure management software for the energy and utilities sector. As part of a team dedicated to one of their core product lines, they're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and ship new features on a modern web platform. What You'll Do Design, develop, and deploy new features across the stack. Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the software architecture. Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of applications in production. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to design the best technical solutions. Participate in sprint planning and effort estimation. Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and the CI/CD pipeline. Use AI tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and drive innovation. What We're Looking For 2 to 5 years of hands-on, verifiable experience in full-stack development. Mandatory, hands-on proficiency in Node.js and React. Based in Quebec, Canada. Native or near-native French, with fluent English. Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and skilled at prompting effectively. 3 to 4 years of university-level education (bachelor's degree or equivalent). Experience with Angular is a plus.
