Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our platform deployments across our Cloud environment and customer on-premises instances. This is a mid-level role where we expect you to have a strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts. As you grow, you will take ownership of our infrastructure architecture, apply best practices, and maintain a holistic overview of our full infrastructure stack. Your daily tasks include: Managing application deployments for our SaaS environment (60+ single-tenant environments).Managing application deployments for customer on-premises environments (60+ environments).Monitoring system health, uptime, and performance.New client environment setups, migrations, and data exports.Investigating infrastructure-related issues and analyzing logs to support the development team.Maintaining and updating build and deployment pipelines.Implementing new service components and tools to harden security as our technology evolves.Identifying opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks.Providing technical guidance to customers regarding their on-premises infrastructure requirements. What we are looking for: We expect you to have hands-on experience with production environments, specifically: Experience with Linux operating systems (Debian preferred, but experience with other distributions is beneficial). Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts. Experience building and managing deployment pipelines using Git (GitHub and/or GitLab). A solid understanding of logging and monitoring principles. Hands-on experience setting up stacks based on Grafana/Prometheus is a plus. Willingness to communicate directly with customers regarding their on-premises environments. Experience with security hardening is a big plus. Experience with the Estonian public sector / X-Road services is a strong advantage. Why Webware?
