Location: Kraków Mode: Hybrid Rate: 150-155 PLN/h Contract: B2B Duration: long term position Summary The React Engineer will primarily focus on building a production-grade chat application, enhancing user experience through effective UI development using modern technologies. Main Responsibilities: Develop a polished chat application using React.Ensure application delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.Collaborate with the design team to implement modern design systems.Manage client-side states effectively to achieve real-time interactions.Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity in development. Key Requirements: Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and familiarity with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or other modern design systems.Proven experience in building real-time streaming UIs.Ability to manage complex client-side state.Strong experience with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. Nice to Have: Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types).Familiarity with streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based LLMs).
