Senior Python Backend Developer – CRM & AI/LLM

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to join the HQ Automation division and our AI/LLM Team, which focuses on developing automation solutions to improve the efficiency of our Customer Service teams using modern technologies. The AI/LLM Team develops solutions on top of our CRM/ERP platform, contributes to building AI/LLM models, develops its own services, and extends the functionality of the Camunda orchestration platform to achieve its goals. Our CRM/ERP platform is built with Python (Django/Aiohttp/RQ). The primary database is PostgreSQL, while Elasticsearch is used for fast search across system objects. The frontend is built with React.js, and Camunda runs on-premises on our own infrastructure.
