Role: AWS Architect
Location: Halifax, NS (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
AWS Architecture — Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud solutions using EC2, Lambda, SSM, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services.
Infrastructure Automation — Build and maintain IaC using Terraform with reusable modules, state management, and CI/CD integration.
Configuration & Systems Management — Implement automated patching, configuration, and remote management using AWS SSM.
Version Control — Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows using Git.
OS Administration — Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Windows and Unix platforms.
Security & Compliance — Implement cloud security controls, network segmentation, encryption, and compliance standards.
Monitoring & Optimization — Set up observability dashboards, alerts, and performance tuning for cloud workloads.
