Experience: 10–15+ years in backend development with 3+ years leading backend or platform teams. Core Responsibilities: • Define backend architecture, API standards, and service design patterns. • Lead development of scalable and secure backend services. • Review implementations to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability. • Mentor backend engineers and guide technical problem solving. • Collaborate with frontend, integration, and operations teams.
