Job Title: Sr Front-end Software Developer Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Anticipated Posting End: 11/28/2026 The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Senior Front End Software Developer for the GEOINT Tradecraft Suite (GTS) program. In this role, you will design and develop modern, intuitive web applications that enable analysts to discover, understand, and interact with complex mission data. You will work closely with other software engineers, product owners, mission users, and program leadership to translate operational needs into high-quality user experiences. This position offers the opportunity to influence front-end architecture, establish development best practices, and deliver capabilities used across the GEOINT community. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.Translate product requirements, user workflows, and designs into intuitive, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces.Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise data services.Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, development standards, troubleshooting, and mentoring of other developers.Support Agile development, testing, CI/CD, and release activities while continuously improving application performance, usability, and maintainability. Qualifications Required: Hold an active TS/SCI clearance; a polygraph is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.7+ years of software development experience, including significant hands-on experience developing modern web applications with React.js and JavaScript.Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, component-based development, REST APIs, Git, and modern front-end build and development practices.Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems and collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, UX professionals, and mission stakeholders. Desired Experience with TypeScript, Redux or other state-management approaches, automated front-end testing, and modern React frameworks and libraries.Experience developing applications in AWS, containerized, microservices-based, or other cloud-hosted environments.Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and automated software delivery practices.Experience supporting GEOINT, ISR, intelligence analysis, or other national security mission systems.Experience mentoring developers and helping establish front-end architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
