What we are looking for:
Join Gamma's Product Engineering team and help build the next generation of business communication solutions.
You'll play a key role in developing scalable, high-quality applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, while influencing technical direction and mentoring fellow engineers.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our platform and applications.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape scalable, future-proof solutions.Develop APIs and third-party integrations using best practices.Drive engineering excellence through TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.Contribute to architecture decisions and solution design.Support CI/CD pipelines and reliable software delivery.Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement across the team.
What we're looking for:
Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.Proven experience building scalable front-end and back-end applications.Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices.Strong testing experience with tools such as Jest and Playwright.Cloud experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus points for: Kubernetes, VoIP, or WebRTC experience.
