We are continuing to strengthen our platform engineering capabilities and are now looking for two DevOps Engineers who wants to play a key role in developing and modernising our Kubernetes platform services. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with modern platform technologies while contributing to the evolution of a critical service that enables application delivery across the organisation. You will be part of a team responsible for both development and operations, driving automation, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our Kubernetes environments. Your role As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for our Kubernetes platform services. The platforms are widely used across the organisation and are a key enabler for modern application development and deployment. You will work with both the existing platform and the development of future platform capabilities. The role combines infrastructure engineering, platform development, automation, and operational responsibility with opportunities to influence technical direction and future platform architecture. Working closely with architects, developers, security specialists, and operations teams, you will help ensure that our platform services remain robust, secure, scalable, and easy to consume for our internal customers. As part of the operational responsibility for the platform, you will participate in an on-call rotation together with the team. Key Responsibilities Design, build, maintain, and improve Kubernetes-based platform servicesDrive automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives to improve efficiency and reliabilityContribute to platform engineering practices and self-service capabilitiesSupport and enable development teams using the platformParticipate in the design and implementation of new platform capabilitiesContribute to the migration and modernisation of existing platform servicesTroubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve platform performance, stability, and securityWork across development and operations to ensure reliable service deliveryCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into practical solutionsContribute to roadmap discussions and continuous improvements within the platform area Your profile We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and building modern platform solutions. You are curious, collaborative, and thrive in environments where development, operations, automation, and continuous improvement come together. Required Several years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similarStrong experience with Kubernetes and container-based platformsExperience with automation and Infrastructure as CodeExperience working in Linux-based environmentsGood understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesExperience operating and supporting business-critical servicesUnderstanding of cloud-native technologies and platform engineering principlesStrong communication skills in both Swedish and EnglishBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience Preferred Experience working in hybrid Kubernetes environmentsExperience with platform engineering and internal developer platformsKnowledge of container security and compliance requirementsExperience of modernisation and migration initiativesExperience from large or complex organisations This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
