Job Description We’re looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our global Infrastructure & Platform team. In this role, you will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure systems supporting PSI’s business operations globally. Full-time employment based in Latvia Key Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and improve Windows and Linux server infrastructureManage and maintain virtualization, storage, and backup platformsAdminister Windows Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Support enterprise applications and services hosted on Windows and Linux platforms, including email and business systemsManage infrastructure management and supporting systems, including monitoring, patch management, configuration management, and access control servicesPlan and execute OS patching and infrastructure upgrades in accordance with company policiesLead small and medium-sized infrastructure projects and participate in larger infrastructure initiativesPerform qualification, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of infrastructure systemsMaintain accurate infrastructure asset inventory, warranties, and related servicesCoordinate with infrastructure vendors, including tracking deliveries, contract execution, and vendor activitiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system standardsCollaborate with Network & Connectivity and Cloud & Modern Workplace teams on cross-domain Qualifications Must-have qualifications University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldFull professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active DirectoryPractical experience with virtualization technologiesExperience with Windows and/or Linux server administrationExperience with enterprise infrastructure services such as PKI and email/MTA technologiesPractical experience with backup and disaster recovery solutionsExperience designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure projectsExperience with infrastructure monitoring, patch management, and configuration managementAbility to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and maintain detailed technical documentation Good to have Experience with VMware, Proxmox, or Hyper-VExperience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructureExperience with Azure Arc and Azure Update ManagerExperience with Zabbix or other infrastructure monitoring platformsExperience with PowerShell or other scripting languages and infrastructure automationExperience with Microsoft Exchange, Sendmail, or PostfixExperience with Veeam or similar backup technologiesFamiliarity with ITIL, change management, qualification, and validation processesRelevant Microsoft, virtualization, Linux, or other infrastructure certifications Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
