By making data visible and accessible, you will empower everyone to be a part of the decision-making process.The RoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the internal development of our proprietary ERP system. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role where you won't be insulated from the impact of your work. You will interact directly with end-users on the production floor, engaging in rapid iteration cycles to solve real-world manufacturing challenges. Our ERP system is the heartbeat of our operations. It is heavily geared toward Lean Production flow, tracking parts seamlessly from initial order through all stages of production to final shipment. Your work will directly interface with automated equipment, CNC machines, and visual factory displays. This is a true full-stack role, encompassing front-end and back-end development, as well as database management. Key ResponsibilitiesScrum-Based Rapid Iteration: Work directly with end-users (production staff, management) to gather requirements, build features, and deploy updates in quick, iterative Scrum cycles.ERP Enhancement: Develop and maintain core modules of our ERP, focusing on optimizing Lean production flows, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.Hardware Integration: Build and maintain integrations between the ERP system and automated production equipment (e.g., CNC machines) and visual factory displays.AI Integration: Identify opportunities and spearhead the implementation of AI tools into our ERP and daily operational workflows to increase efficiency and innovation.Living SOP Management: Develop tools within the ERP that facilitate "Living SOPs," empowering team members to contribute to, manage, and improve their daily workflows.Business Administration Modules: Maintain and expand ERP functionalities related to overall business administration and operations.Database Management: Oversee database architecture, performance, and integrity.The Tech StackBackend: Django (Python) or similar MVC frameworksFrontend: React & Django templates, or similar modern frontend frameworksDatabase: PostgreSQLWho You ArePassionate About Physical Products: You have a genuine interest in manufacturing and the process of bringing a physical product to life.Hands-On Problem Solver: You love tangible results.
