As an Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the technology systems that enable reliable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Manufacturing, IT, Operational Technology (OT), and Packaging, supporting critical systems and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing network. Key Responsibilities Support the design, testing, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing technology solutions.Integrate and maintain Systech and related manufacturing systems to ensure seamless operation and compliance.Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimise downtime and maintain production continuity.Support system upgrades, enhancements, validation activities, and technology implementations.Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.Train and support end users on new systems, technologies, and processes.Stay informed of emerging manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) or Operational Technology (OT) role within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of IT application management and support.Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.Experience supporting packaging operations is highly desirable.
